Quikaluminum anybody???

http://www.chaparral-racing.com/Chap...pf_id=334-0333

I hope this link works...Has anybody tried this stuff for a small repair? I have a hole about the size of a pen cap in my skin and was thinking I could fill and then buff smooth with my dremel. Let me know what you think. Thanks

Looks for all the world like a silver marine epoxy variant. I expect your plan would work just fine; provided that you don't scar up the aluminum skin around your patch with your Dremel...

Well I got my aluminum fix for the day. I managed to settle on trying the J-B Stick which is very similar to the Quikaluminum. Got it at my local car shop for $4.50 and worked out great for a temp fix. I put on the J-B Fri. and it dries rock hard in 24hrs. Today I used my dremel to smooth it out and did a touch up over it with my Toyota Tundra touch-up paint then a touch up of an aluminum spray paint (no I did not spay it on...used a fine brush) I had which blends in pretty close. I took some pics but they really don't do it justice for the way it came out.
