Off To Ohio For Makeover

Well we're finally off to Ohio to see Kevin and Steve Ruth at P & S Travel Trailer Service. We're leaving tonight at midnight to make the 8 hour trip with our '87 Excella. Since we finally have the floor down and the inside of the trailer the way we want it it is time to get the outside done. They are going to strip and replace the clearcoat, add road side and rear Zip-Dees, new decals / striping, and new banana wrap and belly pan. Then, hopefully in four weeks we will make the trip again to pick her up. The good news is the return trip will only be 4 hours to her summer home at Penn Wood Airstream Park where she will stay for the summer.

Well we got the message early this week that our '87 is all polished up and ready. So we leave tonight to make the eight hour trip out and then the four hour trip back to her summer home and Penn Wood Airstream Park. And wouldn't you know it, it has been sunny here all week long and the forecast from toight though the next week is RAIN.

I will post before and after pictures once we have her back in Pennsylvania.
