Parked a foot from the curb on a city street that had a lot of arch or curve to the road for drainage. The tree didn't care about the road and grew straight up.

Hit the front awning arm against the tree and the awning arm got ripped out. Tree is fine.

600 hundred bucks to put a metal patch on or 20k to replace the entire panel. Hmmm which one.

I feel for all you people and your rigs that have gone before me. I did have a blow out on my rig, unbeknown to me until the blowing of a horn alerted me to OMG! Thank god for tandem axle. I don't know how long I was driving on 3 tires. Damage only to the curbside banana wrap and trim piece around wheel well. New Carlisle tires at the time defective. They were good and replaced all the tires $$$, my brand, what was available at the time. Now if I could fix all the water leaks that just started.
Bill and Janice, We're lovin' it! (Airstreaming)
