I would like to redo my emblems but hesitate to attempt removal as they appear to be glued? not rivotted. Any tips you can pass on? (1969 AirStream Land Yacht 23')
Thanks, Ray

The emblems may have studs on the back that attach through the skin. to get at them you may need to remove the inner skin.

On our '69 Tradewind the emblems are attached through the outer skin with nuts on the inside and yes to access them you would have to remove the inner skin

Definitely you'll have to remove the inner skin to access the nuts on the back. If you break off the stud that sticks through you'll be forced to attach with pop-rivets or something else that will alter the appearance.
