Does anyone know where I can get a bracket to mount on the tongue of my 34 footer thay I can mount flagpole/s on? I know a lot of WBCCI members mount flags on their trailer..

Hi there, I got mine from forum member Rob Baker of the VAP fame, who has a friend who builds them. His member name is robandzoe and you could PM him for more info. They come on 3-pole or 5-pole variety. It attaches via u-bolts to the tongue jack.

I'm sure that Rob sells a fine product, but the original source of flag pole holders that Airstreamers have always used is the Pole Ease poles and holders listed below. Price of 1" aluminum poles are $37 each. Aluminum holders are $35 for a single pole holder, $40 for a three pole holder and $48 for a five pole holder. Contact POLE EASE, 6501 Wolf Lake Rd., Jackson, MI 49201, Phone 517-536-8022 or email: swest9751@yahoo.com . I believe the ones Rob sells run about $75 and up so these are the more economical while quality remains top shelf.

An alternative would be to attend a rally where they are having a swap and sell flea market. I bought mine at such an event for $5.00 and poles for $10.00 each. There are always one or more flag pole holders for sale at these events. The next swap and sell that I know about will be at the Texas Vintage Rally in San Antonio on February 4th through the 8th. You can read about this rally in the thread "2009 Texas Vintage Rally" on this forum.

I've heard rumors of a 7 pole holder from Rob, as well.

Oh the humanity of it all!

I can see three, I can see five, but seven?

Keep it up and you will have them horizontal and looking like a fan on the front of your Airstream...not that I think there is anything wrong with any of that...I mean, after all, more is, well, more.

The flag holder that Rob sells is much better made than anything out there. You get what you pay for and if anything at $70.00 it might be under priced. I bought a 5 flag holder from Rob, gave it a polish and it looks fantastic.

Flag pole poles

Hey there, was at the Pomona RV show Sunday and Monday and there was this vendor there from Santa Fe Springs Ca. with quite an array of styles. Just an FYI to pass on, good luck in your search.

Rob has the best holder out there. They make the pole eze holders look like toys. Here you see a ton of flags all flying on Rob's holders.

There are never enough in my opinion. Now the pole eze poles are excellent. Painter poles from Lowes work well too.
I am actually going to double up another 5 hole holder so I can fly 10.

I have personally handled the flag holder that Rob sells. Its heavy constructed and the material and welds are of exceptional quality. I have not seen Pole Eze so I cannot comment on their quality. The painters poles from Lowes make excellent Flag poles. We camped with Rob and Zoe and the boys and I watched Rob put together a flag pole in a heart beat.
Like Craftsman said "You get just what you pay for".

99Limited34: I just mounted Rob's 5 pole bracket to my 34. When I get home later today, I will post a picture for you. It turned out nice. I got 3 poles from Pole Ease to use with it for now.
