Exterior door removal?

We bought a 67 Sovereign with a door that needs to be replaced... We have a replacement door but can't get the old door off! Help!

I had to adjust my door some time ago and cut 4 1 1/2 in. holes thriugh the inside skin to get access to the bolts that hold the door on. When finished I cover the holes with blank electrical switch covers.

Heck, the inner (and outer) skins are only riveted on, why not just take out enough rivets to be able to get at the bolts?

Thanks for the help! Before I logged on today I contacted a place in New Jersey and they said we would have to remove the whole door frame! Thanks again!
