Bodywork - San Francisco Bay Area?

Hi all,

Looking for a referral to a reputable bodyshop who's familiar with our Airstreams.

San Francisco Bay Area preferred, mainly to repair a bumper, a loose door and denting/scratches on the exterior.

Thanks for any advice!

In Newark/Fremont Bay Area Body Shop (510) 790-2855

I can't vouch for Airstream in particular but Dave the owner is a long time RV'r and he often works on various Motorhomes, trailers etc. He did a small repair for me on a Class "B" a couple of years ago.

It's far better to use an Airstream dealer, since they can purchase whatever parts may be needed.

A non dealer, cannot purchase parts from Airstream, but they can buy them from a dealer, at a higher price, which in turn, costs you or your insurance company more money.

Thanks for the tips.

On that note, any recommended AirStream dealers in the Bay who offer bodywork?

Your best bet would be Toscano RV center. No there not in the bay area, but well worth the trip.

TOSCANOS. We have had great experience with them. Los Banos isn't that far. If you need an overnight stay they 'may' suggest their full hookups in the back. They are an Airstream dealer.
