Clearance Lights, What Color?

So are the rear 5 red and the front 5 yellow? Going out to buy new and as mine have no lens any more, this would be good to know.

The rear clearance lights are red and the front's are amber.

Since your replacing them, you might consider using LED clearance lights.

Granted they cost more, but they are brighter in the daylight than the originals are at night time.

Same is true for the tail lights.

5 amber in the front and I just have three(3) Red markers in the rear plus tail-lites . I just replaced all of them at a cost of $1.95 each. I did replace the originals which were Signal-Stat with Grote. The old just crumbled when trying to replace bulbs.Thus the decision to totally replace them all.New lites come with no gaskets as the old had but have ample drainage and I just caulked the screw and wire holes well before reassembly.

Aerowood, I just removed all my running lights: 5 amber in front and 5 red in back. When I removed them all the screws were rusted. Some had been exposed to water and the elements some hadn't. Should I consider using an aluminum or stainless steel screw to attach the new ones? Or will regular sheet metal screws work? It looks like HD has both aluminum and stainless screws that would work. I just don't want the new ones to rust out and then I am also trying to relate to the earlier conversation about mixing metals. I don't want to put the wrong screws in.

Either SS or AL will work, but I would lean toward the SS

Thanks, I am assuming SS for the strength, and if that is correct that's the way I will go.

I ordered a whole bunch of SS screws at Bolt Depot - Nuts and Bolts, Screws and Fasteners online. Very reasonable.
