1961 Vent Covers & Astrodome - Replace?

Working on a 1961 Overlander - I have 2 vents with fans that work!! But one vent cover is broken and I am not sure about the other. What would be the best replacement for those 12x12 vents?? My husband is looking at cake pans (and I am worried!!) I have found replacement fans... but I don't want to replace what I don't have to this season?! Trying to keep some type of budget while enjoying a trip this season...But may be down the road?? ALSO -- the Astrodome leaks and is caulked in place. The cranks and lifters are missing (but I do have these on the 2 fans). So we are planning to remove the Astrodome and re-caulk?? We are new to this type of restoration - so any advice is very appreicated!! Thanks!

If one of the covers is broken, they can be replaced. Post some pictures so we know what you are dealing with.
