Removing Grote Reflectors - How the Heck?

How can I remove my Grote reflectors for polishing. They rotate so the don't seem to be adhered but there is now visible way to remove the plastic reflector from the aluminum body, which I assume is riveted on? Thanks!

You have to pry the plastic out of the aluminum frame then there is one rivet in the center.
