Brake question
Ok, so I'm in the home stretch. My wiring as all redone on the trailer tongue and I'm noticing that the trailer does not have a battery box on the tongue to control he break away switch. Is this correct? Does the break away switch get power from the airstreams internal 12v battery?

Ok, since my wiring was nonexistent, how does the breakaway switch get wired in? Does it simply ground the brake circuit? Any wiring diagrams out there for 68?
Thanks
Kevin

Yes you must have a charged battery in the camper to power the brakes. In a worst case : ie; trailer breaks away from TV the battery will then power the brakes to stop the trailer from traveling farther down the road. Make sure your TV has a charge line that goes to the battery in the camper to keep it charged.
