Zolatone over Vinyl walls?

Has anyone sprayed Zolatone over the vinyl walls found in the 70's trailers? Just curious as to whether this would work. For those that have used Zolatone, do you prime walls first? Thanks!

Bob

Take a look at this thread beginning at post #32: http://www.airforums.com/forums/f39/...tml#post741055

If Insideout recommends it, you can bet it works!

Yes...yes....and yes .....buy it here

Zolatone - Buy Warehouse Direct and Save

Yes I have used it. Yes you Really have to use their primer. And, yes, you can use it over a solid surface....not peeling away. The Zolatone will also cover many imperfections. I love the stuff. We all used it in the hot rods of the day.

I agree 110%...

We used a non-Zolatone primer and it worked just fine...we were told "off the record" by an expert at Zolatone that PPG Shopline 2-part Epoxy Primer is "just as good and half the price of theirs" although he is paid to sell the Zolatone brand...FWIW.
