I looked at the misumi web site and didn't find any and forgot to look at McMaster-carr.
The stainless ones works out to $95.00 for 14 pretty cheap considering the labour time to make them.Things are cheap when you make thousands of some thing.
I'm still toying with making them myself and profiling them on the mill to the shape of the plastic ones then us a M 3 or M 4 set screw.
I will just make a small holding fixture to hold in the vise.
But $95.00 versus my time McMaster Carr sounds better.But since it is winter I have time to do it.

Those plastic knobs are available that have a allen screw built in to hold it in place on the lift arms.
You can easily paint them any color you wish.
And, they are not expensive.
