Water damage! :(

We just recently bought an airstream cutter 1999, thought it was in good condition, but not exactly, it has extensive water damage! On the interior walls, the wood under the wallpaper is rotten, and so I'm assuming some of the studs will too? Any help?
Any advice?

I feel as though we have been shackle jacked.

Don't despair, you will always find some disappointments when purchasing a used RV or trailer. How are the mechanics and all the coach systems?
Many of us had to hunt for the elusive leak and replace some panels, its not the end of the world.
I am big fan of doing pre purchase inspections, even if they cost some real money.
Oh, and welcome to the Air Forum...
