Vinyl trim

Does anyone have a line on the 70's vinyl trim that went around the windows? It actually covered the edge of the wall board. It looks similar to the old door moldings that went on the back edge of your car doors except it is white instead of black. See bottom of picture. Side trim is there (hard to see), bottom is missing.

It looks like the J-trim common in Argosy trailers too. I used OASIS R.V. CENTER, INC. - Home -- call their toll-free and talk to their parts dept. They are very savvy over the phone, their shipping is inexpensive, and I'll bet you could have the product in your hand within 5-6 days. You will need to use side cutters to nip the longer side of the J-trim every 1/4-1/2" to make a curve that sharp I would say! You'll need to remove all rivets and reinstall new pop rivets -- available locally for you -- be sure to use all-aluminum pop rivets, not those with the steel pulls.

We have plenty of that material in stock, that is not vinyl.

A vinyl replacement will do the same thing that the original material did, namely shrink and fail in short order.
