To Tin Lizzy.
Normal fabric you will need about 22 yards, depends on fabric match (big pattern, no pattern in fabric), how wide, some is 48, some 56, and some other widths and just how you want to recover, like do you want a skirt, any pleats, cording, how you want back side of couch covered, etc. Professional guy or lady will give you exact after they look at fabric and know your desires, Our person did complete for $650 (person recommended by dealer in AZ) and we added, skirt, pleating, divided back and seat cushions and added 1" memory foam each surface. Loose cushions to match is also to be considered. So no one on this post line can give you exact amount unless they see fabric and know just how you want it finished out. Unless you are very skilled and have good tools I would recommend a professional. I have seen to much do-it-yourself jobs on inside of Airstreams, and with few exceptions it looked it. We did hire a interior designer to advise on fabric colors and styles, way to lay new wood floor. It was money well spent to give us a nice updated look and at same time increase the value.
Drapes for 34 excella, took 25 yards in small plaid. 48 inch wide Cost us total $500 in high quality silk, (sewing was $2.00 per cut of fabric)however we had them made during a visit to India (took airstream hardware with us), not an option for most people, but will furnish address if anyone going to Mumbai (Bombay) way.
