Upholstering 2006 gaucho cushions

Hi There! I've read through a number of threads concerning re-upholstering couch/gaucho cushions. We have a 2006 safari which is in need of more supportive cushions as well as a little design upgrade (our 4" cushions are now 3" at best). We are exploring all of the options but wanted to first consider DIY. Any suggestions on sites for foam (Knox foam no longer exists- per recommended from previous threads) and recommendations on thickness, density etc that works best, thanks!
