Top tips for removing interior skin

I'm new to the forum, and have just purchased a '73 Airstream Safari....which is a dream come true. I live in Sydney, Aus, and planning to remove all of the interior skin, subfloor etc, to re-wire with Aus 240v wiring, to comply with local laws....I've figure that the centre strip lining is the best place to start, before removing the interior walls, but it appears that there are some rivets underneath the metal trim on each side, which is proving difficult. Any tips on how I can get started?

Many Thanks
