Soundproofing bedroom windows

We stay at a park where one site backs up to the road. Any ideas on soundproofing for the bedroom windows? I'm not looking for a major overhaul, just a simple solution to help deaden the noise level.

Thanks

I find that the little foam earplugs are the ultimate solution.
