The resource list on the vintage airstream site is a great place to start. There is some really great stuff out there.

Just bought some great curtain fabric at a great price at www.fabric.com - they have some very good prices on drapery/decor fabrics and check the clearance selections often, we lucked into some fabric at only 1.86/yd! They seem to have a good selection of retro fabrics and their service appears to be excellent. With the $$ we saved on the curtains, we'll be able to splurge on some more expensive uphosltery for the gauchos and pillows.

Guess I will be sewing next week when the fabric arrives, wish me luck on an entire set of drapes for our '66!

Also check into www.jandofabrics.com/ too.

Fabric

Just received our order of 25 yards of Green "Boomerang Barkcloth" from www.reprodepot.com Real nice quality. We are reupholsering the Gaucho bed, the twins and the fold down bunks. Will be posting interior pics when it is done. We are very happy with the quality of the fabric.

That's a great color and pattern. I would love to see your pictures when you finish. What will you do for drapes or curtains?

We just recieved our 15 yards of Red Mambo barkcloth for curtains. I guess I bought them out because I don't see the fabric on the Reprodepot site anymore. The quality is excellent and I can't wait to get started!

Hey did you get the cool magnet too?

Wow!

Kathleen, that curtain looks fantastic, and you know I love the fabric. How many more windows to go?

4 windows, 8 panels, and a roll up curtain. My mom is really the brains behind the job. I just sew the straight lines.
