Repairing wallpaper

I have read lots of posts about replacing wallpaper/vinyl but what about repairing?
Our wallpaper is in very good condition, there are just a couple of very small wrinkles around the kitchen sink, in the bath. But that is about it, really just a couple of sq ins of wallpaper.
Does anyone have any tips for "flattening" the wrinkles?
I was thinking of hitting it with an iron on low temp for a couple of seconds..any other ideas?
