Just brought a new to me 75 rear bedroom Sovereign. One of the first things we want to do is replace those curved corner mattresses. We are planning on keeping the original back bedroom configuration. How much does the mothership charge? Any other suggestions for sources? Would letting a local upholstery guy do them be a good choice?

Assuming you have twins, you can do what we did. Bought a generic king size memory foam mattress, cut two twin size mattresses form same,,sewed up some quick covers and have lived happily ever after. Well, so far...
We just purchased our first airstream and one thing it needs is new gaucho foam and covers.also we would like to replace the rear twin bed mattresses and covers as we'll. we have the track curtains and would like to freshen up and replace them. What is a good inexpensive way to do this ,thanking you in advance, john and Shelli Baldridge ,Tyler Texas

Similarly to n2916s we went instead with two twinXL foam mattresses online from Walmart. Removed the covers, cut each mattress to the proper shape and size, sewed up the covers, and are enjoying some very comfortable mattresses. Thought about cutting both out of a king, but went with the twins because we thought doing the covers would be easier that way.
Well, it was not inexpensive but I found a custom mattress maker in Denton. united and holland. My husband has joint issues and requires a very firm mattress so we needed a latex foam mattress. We did look at cutting our own memory foam but it is not firm enough for him. They also will make custom mattress covers in case you have odd corners, T they were very nice and helpful.
