Right by the door in my Caravel I've got a panel of wood that frames the fridge box. That panel bottom has delaminated due to water damage, and I need to remove it. The problem is the top is solid and well glued to the counter, drawers, etc. How do I remove it without damaging the rest?
Any guidance would be appreciated.

If I hear the question correctly, I would cut the bad part out and place in a new panel, covering the joint at the cut with a decorative trim moulding.
Or are you talking about something totally different?
I'm a visual guy - can you post a photo of the problem?

On my trailer that panel is screwed down along the front edge and the bottom edge. Remove those screws and the panel pulls out from the bottom and can be removed. Come to think of it, maybe the PO said he replaced that panel while he owned it, so maybe he separated it from the top.
Depending on how high the delamination extends upward from the floor, you might just screw a shiny kick plate over it and be done via a fast fix. I'm thinking a 4" or 6" high kick plate of stainless or aluminum might look OK down along the floor. Easy is as easy does ... Or just cut out the rotten section horizontally with a sabre saw and put in a new piece of matching wood or a new kick plate with a lapping support strips invisible on the inside.

Hey. I did the same (kick plate) with some oak base molding, simple 1/4" eased edge... maybe the metal is a good idea if water is a reoccuring problem; the oak matches the interior and kind of disappears.
