Prodex

It seems to be very limited as to who sells this stuff. I can only find it under the company name insulation4less, but there history of customer service issues worry me.

Any advice as to who might sell this stuff or a product other then prodex you can recommend?

Insulation4Less is the only place I have ever seen selling Prodex. There are other products that are similar (ie., foil on two sides with bubble wrap in between), such as Reflectix that you can buy at the big box stores, but Prodex claims to be dramatically superior.

What are your customer service concerns?

Their website is confusing, and honestly reads more like an infomercial - but plenty of people have ordered from them here on the forums. I had no issues with my order. It is worth it to sign up for their emails and wait for the two for one sale.

It's a good product and much easier to use than Refectix due to it being stiffer.

It's on Bogo now. But is it really over $300 a roll is that the typical price?

Just read they have some customer service issues around returns and damaged product. Even states in their terms before purchasing , No returns No refunds, just wanted to see if there where other options or if everyone hasn't had these issues. Total cost for buy one get one rolls with shipping and residential delivery fee is $436 , a lot of money to risk.

I've ordered rolls from them without issue. Not cheap, but good quality.
