Pillow order-I messed up!

We are buying a 2012 Serenity and the pillows are missing. So I ordered the pillows from Airstream(dealer). He did not know what they looked like but he had the part number. Well they came today and my wife hates them! Big, expensive mistake, butnnot the firstone I have ever made. I have not heard the end of this...

Ah, just make some covers for them to suit your style.

We too have purchased a serenity and that white pillow is kinda funny, I do admit!

Brown...not white!

White would have been more acceptable because she has proclaimed she hates brown(which I never heard in the last 40 years).
The pillows are all brown with a multishaded brown zigzag around the pillows. These are the pillows that go with the taupe ultraleather. I confess that when I asked about color and the dealer did not know, I did not care. I just wanted what was supposed to be there and, frankly, I think they look nice. But if the wife does not like them, then they are not nice.

Uh I think your wife is RIGHT - those sound like SIGNATURE pillows NOT SERENITY. The pretty satin bird embroidered pillows are probably what she wants - and they SHOULD have come with the unit if you bought it new.

I'm siding with your wife on this one.... also not a fan of those pillows.

You might be able to persuade the dealer to exchange them, but I think I might take them to upholstery shop and pick out the fabric of your dreams. Customize your new Airstream.

Mine have that pattern, but the colors are not the same, no purple. I cannot see the other pics, maybe on a different PC tomorrow. But she is living with them for now. Doing some seat covers to help things...her choice of course

Our serenity has green, burgandy(?) and white with birds. No brown pillows.

Yep, our pillows are the signature pillows from the pics above. That is what JC said was correct. We will live with them!

They totally sent you the wrong pillows. We have a 2012 Serenity and it came with two off white pillows with birds, 2 green satiny pillows and 3 rust colored pillows with a subtle pattern. we're using the bird ones and the rust ones but I found some great ones at bed bath and beyond that look great with our decor!

Well they are used enough now that we will live with them. No BBB here so until we are on a road trip with the AS, these will be our unique touch.
