Paint for Walls

I am stripping the contact paper off the bedroom back walls. This will leave the wood paneling surface. If I decide to paint the walls - what type of paint will work that will not crack for the normal movement of traveling with the trailer - Again thanks

If i were to use a spray paint it would be a lacquer.

Whatever you use it will stick better if you give the surface a good sanding. If it is in fact wood I would recommend about 180 grit.

If you want to brush or roll I would recommend a good exterior house paint,,,, If it was my trailer I might use industrial Imron, but I know that this isn't for everyone.

The fact that I am opinionated does not presuppose that I am wrong......

When you strip off that contact paper there is usually a good coat of adhesive left. It has become brittle and can be sanded down, rather that using a adhesive remover that will turn it to goo. Then a couple coats of a good primer like STIX, this will seal your surface to make sure that the old adhesive will not bleed through to the new paint. I use Benjamin Moore Allure an exterior vinyl paint, durable, flexible and rolls out very nice.
