new curtains for the 67 Safari... with a step by step picture guide

Although time consuming, I decided to sew the curtains for our 67 Safari myself.

They are coming out really cute, I think. I really like the retro feel of the fabric I chose. I also used eyelets to put the curtains hooks through, which I think gives a nice finishing touch.

Next up, I will new upholstered cushions for the twin beds, and slipcovers for the matress of the full-size bed. Pays to be crafty, I guess.

Love your fabric. My curtain tracks use small eye snap carriers. So I put small grommets in the curtains and used little, sturdy key rings to attach to the carriers. I really like the metallic look.
