Missing short curtain track

I went to install my new drapes from airstream and found I am missing a short curtain track for one window. Anyone know where to get one?

Also, in the bedroom are 2 windows with wood valences. I can't for the life of me figure out how to get at the tracks on top to unscrew the little screw that allows you to remove and replace the curtains there. Got all the others done, no problem, except for the missing track.

What year and how long? A photo of a track and drapery carrier would help. There are several types.

salvage unit is 1979 argosy. the track is aluminum with 3/16 slot on inward facing side of track. carrier is on elastic shaped like an L, with T on the horizontal side to slide in the slot. I agree, a picture would help to confirm what you want.

Here are the pictures. It's 7 inches long and the tabs are T shaped.

I have a piece of that track, but it may be a few weeks before I can get it to you. The tabs that I described are referred to as G track, but in bedroom of my unit I have the T track style. I will give you the piece for free if you pay the shipping.

Thanks! That works for me. Let me know how much and your address and I will send you out a check.

Now, If I could only get the wood valances off the bedroom windows I could replace those curtains too!

Jay and Karen,
Just noticed you are in the area. I have some of that track. I live off the Carefree Highway between Cave Creek and Anthem.

Did you check for screws down through the valences from the overhead cabinets? I think that is how I removed mine, but not sure.
