J trim

Hello... Could anyone tell me where we can get the trim that goes around the inside of the wraparound windows , it covers the edge of the wall sheeting up? Thanks Annie

To give it an outside curve on the window edge you'll have to nip the underside every inch or so. Of course this does involve replacing rivets -- not a big deal.

Lowes has the trim in the bath wallboard section. Limited colors...white and almond. But they work. I also had crumbling trim along the wider inserts . These are located in the bathroom and around the edge of the front ABS panel. I used the long vinyl patio blinds that I had leftover from a home improvement project. Cut these to size with a tin snipper. Slides right in.

Two years ago when we visited the factory, they did have this in stock. We asked at the desk and the gal went back into the shop and came back with just what we needed.
Called extruded plastic J channel cap- Item #200019
At that time it was $.14/ft

You can probably call there and ask for it.

The most common problem posting pics is the size. The "Manage Attachments" window gives the sizes, and will reject anything larger. Digital pics can be no larger than 1 megabyte, and no wider (or taller) than 1600 pixels.

(Apparently these sizes have recently been increased to these values. I though they used to be about 400kb and 1024 wide.)

Many picture viewing software programs have a way "to re-size" then you can "save as...".

I'm sure have the trim by now, but I have had so many folks ask about this trim I thought I would add to the thread for others.
