Is Airstream out there?..

I recently went to airstream.com and sent an email to them by using their web access. Have tried this in the past with no response. This time. No reponse. Are those email portals just a joke? Does anyone ever even look at them?

Used it a couple weeks ago and got a response from a gal in customer service, but that was before the Basecamp recall.

I have used their web site to ask questions of the Service Department and general Customer Service and always got timely and helpful responses.

Is it possible their responses are being sent to your junk/spam folder?

Jim

The couple of emails I have sent to them have been responded to fairly quickly. The voice mail I left for the service department on a very simple matter never got a reply. I left a return number and return email, radio silence.

While they've only posted a couple times, you could try PM'ing this user AirstreamInc

I've used it twice and have been responded to twice. Within 24 hrs both times.

It's actually our Chinese-Food call-in-order-line. Are you the one who wanted the egg foo yung?

(sorry. yep, ... it's sad. The only time I ever got a return call, was from the nearest Airstream dealer salesman who they'd forwarded the call to. It struck me as a scam sales-prospect gimmick.)

I prefer to contact Airstream by telephone - I don't want to wait on a return and there is always something that needs to be handled in addition to the 1st concern.

Airstream 1-937-596-6111; Press 2; Press 1 to get to the parts department. These folks have always been very helpful. Being a novice at this, I need all the help I can get and these folks have provided that help. Best wishes.

I have used it multiple times for support, and always receive a response very quickly, same day or next day. I provide my VIN number, so maybe they respond to folks that have purchased quicker??
