Roger..... what no more rivits? Can an AS ever have enough? I filled the extra holes in the Tradewind with rivits. You might want to try a two part epoxy, fill and let set for twenty four hours, sand and then repeat before priming.

The PO also added some additional brackets, which are mounted by screws, which i want to remove and fill holes. Thanks for responding.

Another Possibility
If not rivets, how about titanium jewelry?

I'm using rivets simply because I think of anything else that's more affordable.

Stop shooting mice inside the trailer! A lot less fun but it does cut down on the amount of body work...(BB guns only make dents!).

HomeyD's or Lowes will have what you need. Get a small pack (50 per) of 1/8" diameter, 1/4" draw and 3/16" diameter, 1/4' draw pop rivets. They sell a tool that will handle either sized rivet. Total cost around $30 to $40.

Roger:
You don't need to use rivets unless you want to. You can easily fill the holes with auto body filler.

If you do use rivets use aluminum. In the bathroom water and steel will not mix, rust.
As for installing rivets it is a no brainer with the tool.

Okay, so you don't see all the shiny silver rivets all over the place, dab a little white correction fluid (like for a typewriter) or white liquid shoe polish on the head of the rivet after installing. They will then blend in pretty well.

Yep, use aluminum. The steel will rust, etc, as others have pointed out. Also, model airplane paint or nail polish works, as well, to cover them.
I think I'm comma challenged tonight.

Filler
We used two-part car body filler. It was great and we have become experts after hundreds of holes! Use a countersink drill bit to make the hole wider at the surface (your side). That stops the filler falling through the hole when you sand it and also helps if there is a lump in the aluminum sheet caused by enthusiastic removal of what was there. Don't sand off with sandpaper alone. Use a block of some kind to make sure you don't make the filler concave or dished. Sand right back until you see the circle of the hole so you don't see a lump when you paint it. Paint doesn't cover raised filler - it draws attention to it!

Roger - If you go with rivits, they are easy to do and quick and cheap. DO NOT use steel rivits, must use aluminum! Check out vVntage Trailer Supply. Steve has everything you need. I went with the Olympic rivits because I could shave them down for an ultra clean look.
