Interior door frame removal

There is a smooth door trim. How is that removed? I don't see any fasteners .

I am removing the interior skins and can't get the frame out.

Thanks

Mine on the 73 was pop riveted through the inner lip of the exterior door frame and then it is held in a slot with clips. It requires a gentle prying all along the inner door trim for it to come out of the door frame.
