Does anyone know if the interior skin of an '88 Excella is Alcad aluminum? Ours is painted with a pebbly texture. I would check myself but the beast is at the local garage getting its annual inspection and brake work completed so I can't...
Also, does any one have any recommendations for metal fabricators in the New England states that could create the interior end cap in Alcad?
I have an 86 Excella and the interior skins are not Alcad. There is a faux paint on them and a plastic coating over that. The reason I know is I tried to clean a RED candle that ran down the wall in the Bedroom. After trying soap and water with no results I decided to go a little harsher and scrub it with scotchbrite pad. This only roughened up the plastic coating. I next took some tweezers and tried to pull on the roughened up area and found out it was some kind on plastic coating. Still trying to get the color off the wall........

The interior metal "is not" alclad.
You cannot stretch form alclad. It will quickly tear.
