Inexpensive Quick Slipcovers and Bed covers

For foam cushions, go to an upholstery supply and ask to see medium and firm density foam. Anything you buy from say, Walmart, would be too soft. The "good stuff" is expensive, probably close to $100 for a 24" x 80" piece, but it will hold up much longer. If you have a friend who does upholstery, he/she should be able to get the foam for you for about 1/2 price. Oh, and if you need to trim it to size, use an electric knife (Yes, like you'd use to carve a turkey!) - works great!
