How to remove panel for reupholstery?

Does anyone know how to remove this panel for reupholstery? Looking from inside the lower cabinet reveals no clue. I haven't removed the microwave yet to look in from above. Suggestions? Thanks.

Looks like you have to remove the cabinet so that's what I'm doing. I'll update after that.

OK. So, it's not a panel. It's actually the side of a cabinet. So, I'll remove the cabinet but, here's where the canker gnaws. At least one anchoring screw is from within the reefer cabinet going my way. So, I have to remove the reefer. Good times.

But after that. . . .

Since you are going to all that trouble, you might want to "redesign" how that panel is attached so that the next time / next person who has to do it doesn't go through so much trouble.

There is some heavy duty Velcro that you can get at the big box home improvement places that would make things much easier and would hold the panel very well. People use that stuff to install rugs. There are also marine grade snaps and decorative upholstery screws that could be used.

I'm facing a similar job in the future and have been thinking about how to do it. . . . .
