Header Repair / Replacement

I have a 1991 Excella 29' which has the header inside (area along the curve) which is deteriorating. It appears the cabinet weight has caused it to sag and pull away. This cabinet also has the fuse box inside it. This is all factory equipment.

Not sure what this made of ABS, Fiberglass, pressed cardboard or what but its needing repaired or replaced. I called my local Airstream dealer and they are checking for parts but Airstream HQ is closed for holidays till 2014.

Any suggestions would be appreciated....
