Hall bath door track ceiling
Our 34' Excella ..
We have door on bathroom in addition to accordion door between hallway and living space.
The sliding for for bath is not "square" to jamb when closed.
I found the upper track had sagged. Then I found the screws had loosened.. Then I found they are probably stripped/loose.
Drat!!!!
So, ideally this is time for fatter shank screw to tighten up.
Any other suggestions which may be better idea???
Thanks in advance!
Peace
Channing

I took the door off the track and hinged it with piano hinges. Ours never slid easy on the track and was a huge pain. I tried multiple new screws into the ceiling. Nothing helped.
The hinged door doesn't get in the way at all and as a bonus is always closed. (As opposed to the slider which more often then not get left open)

I'm interested to see if there is an easy solution.
My door moves freely on the track. But, when it is closed it is away from the jamb at the top right corner about 3/4" while it touches at the bottom right corner. Also it comes off the track when it is slid to the left in the full open position. I have to lift the left side while pushing toward the right to get it back on track.

Actually, I had idea to put a brace from floor to ceiling. It would transfer upper rail force to floor and may keep the door from coming off rear of track.
Also, could screw into the hallway wall with a vertical brace to support rail.

That was Timmaah that hinged the door. Mine is still the original slider.
