Drape snugger cord

Where can I purchase about 30 feet of new ~ 1/8” round grey elastic cord and "dot" snaps for replacing drapery snugger cords in ’64 Safari? How do you assemble the snap heads with cord?

These are the snugger cords with snap at each end, located about 4" from bottom of window. The cord slips through loops sewn to back of the drape and keeps them "snug' against the wall, no bottom rail for drape hooks.
