Yes, but be apprised, they say that they can be sewn in. This should be done, but a home sewing machine doesn't have enough "punch" to poke through the plastic tabs. You'll need a heavy duty machine, or someone to do it for you. Since I didn't have a powerful machine with a strong needle, I punched holes in the plastic with an awl - left and right - and then basted them to the curtains by hand. Several hours of extra work, but I'm pleased with the end result.
