Our Bambi 19 (2006) had a particularly ugly curtain over the curbside bedroom window (see attached). After considering several alternatives, we ordered a Venitian blind for the window from Airstream through our local dealer. The blind was mounted to the frame of the window using a homemade bracket made from 2" aluminum flat purchased at the local hardware store. The plastic brackets that hold the blind at either end were mounted to the bracket. A piece of 1/2" x 2" oak that covered the top of the blind (similar to the other blinds in the Bambi) was attached to the plastic brackets.
One problem, which is a significant one, is that the wall and window are not vertical. Thus the blind hangs away from the window leaving a gap of several inches. To solve this problem we used elastic cord as shown in the attached pictures. The wall anchors for the cord are from Zarcor Solutions (pegs):

The cord locks are from Amazon:

I used the holes that held the old curtain snaps for the wall anchors. The remaining holes were filled with pop rivets.
