New member: have fuzzy interior panels that desperately need cleaning after we removed couch, and cabinet for a reno. Has anyone been successful at cleaning them; if not how difficult is it to remove them and replace with?
I tried it on a 94 Sovereign. It was not successful. I even called in a professional steam cleaning company. To remove and replace all the hull liner covered panels would be a major, but possible, job.

I was successful with cleaning the mousefur recently. It never seems to work out when you clean in place due to the rivet or aluminum panel dust being pulled through the material. We decided to pull the material loose from the bottom and allow it to peel free from the lower wall. Once we had it partially loose I used a woolite cleaner in a bucket and a soft brush to clean all the stains. I placed a fan in the trailer with my dehumidifier so the panels would be nice and dry. Becareful not to stretch the panels when cleaning so everything goes back in place. when it was dry I used the upolstery spray glue to tack it back in place. It wasnt perfect as if it was replaced but it sure looked good when it was done.

Another member uses Oxyclean in a spray bottle for the rivet dust. I think a combination of carpet cleaning maching and hand Oxyclean would do the trick.

I removed the fuzzy stuff in front and did not replace it on our 25'. Not much of it shows and the wall was painted the same under the fuzzy as above. I like it better this way.
the frog house has success. I went with "Oxy Clean" then followed up with Sudsy Ammonia and a wet/dry vac. The panels came up really well. Since then I've investigated a spray fabric dye which I may try if the end result is not to my liking.
