Check out the re-upholstery

We decided to re-upholster the side wall on the back bedroom. We went with water resistant material. My wife did all the picking out the material and sewing. I bought cheap plastic sheets from home depot and reinforced them with gorrila tape instead of using heavy cardboard that gets wet. Everything is water resistant.

I love this! How do you adhere it to the wall? Can you remove it easily for cleaning? Thanks, Pam

I took the old one which was screwed to the wall with sheet metal screws and did the same with the new one. After I built the new one I took the old one and lined up the screw holes so it would be a perfect fit.

The material is plastic sheet, gorrilla tape for reinforcement incase it the plastic wants to break, batting and marine vinyl. my wife did the sewing

It should be very easy to clean with a damp cloth and if you want to take it out just unscrew it.

Looking good!

Hmmm... I could make a couple of small pockets for TV remotes!
