Bathroom remodel

I purchased a 1969 31' Airstream and am in the process of remodeling for a guest house/vacation rental, so it will not be back on the road. I'm removing the built-in bathroom molded walls and need help finding a product to place on the walls when I complete gutting them. My plumber suggested tile since the Airstream will be permanently parked but I'm seeking a less expensive option. I welcome any suggestions.
