Awesome Upholstry Fabric source

We're gearing up to reupholster and after LOTS of looking around I stumbled over a good place to buy fabric online - deeply discounted and thought I'd share.

I especially like their remnant bin of Crypton fabrics as it makes awesome seat covers. Crypton is a process that makes fabric virtually bullet proof. It's used for fabrics in commercial settings like hospitals and restaurants. They have rapidly changing stock so check often if your getting ready to do a project.

Thanks thats a great resource. How many yards do you think it would take to redo a airstream couch/bed? do you know of any good posts that cover making a new cover?

I was told between 7 to 9 yards for the old Flexsteel sofa bed for my Cruiser. I bought a few extra yards, just in case, as I know don't know squat about reupholstery work. I bought from the same company Janet mentions above, good price and fast service.

Janet, just went to your link and ordered lots of swatches. Great prices on all of the fabrics. Will sure be glad to get rid of the 'country blue' upholstery all over my Airstream.
Thanks, Derek

In the past few weeks I've ordered up 32 yards of fabric. I found the same fabrics elsewhere.. I figure I saved about $800 dollars. The nice thing about doing cushions is that you can leverage all those smaller pieces that are so cheap.

Ordering swatches is a must - they don't look the same on your screen and I had to order three times before I found the right color combo - still a deal!!

Just wanted to confirm great service and prices from Newtoto. Redid the Argosy cushions with fabrics and Ultraleather from them.

We just bought a 1953, 25' cruiser. It's in awesome shape but has the original
couch in the front. Awful satin cover that's ripped, they stapled a gold blanket over
it. I'm trying to figure the easiest way to get it out and have it recovered.
Any suggestions?

Definitely happy. Getting swatches is important however as colors can be a bit surprising.

I have used Toto Fabrics for years. It has always been Wholesale Fabric Suppliers | Modern Upholstery Fabric - Toto Fabrics and they do have great deals and fast service if what you want is in their inventory. Do order a swatch before bulk.
