Any Ideas for removal....

I just removed the fiberglass end cap in the rear of my Overlander. I'd like to get it out of the trailer to do some epoxy and fiberglass work on it. But, I can't seem to figure out how to get it out of the trailer. Can anyone offer some suggestions?
Thanks
Todd

it took two people but i got mine out by snakeing it out the door.
it will flex a little bit but dont push it to much or you'll have a lot of epoxying to do

personally i would look in to doing something else with the end cap.
if i would have had a little extra money when i removed mine i would have put up some sheet aluminum or somthing else that would look a little nicer and last a bit longer then the cheap thin plastic they used for the end cap.

I've been told whatever is in the trailer came throught the door! If the construction practices used today were always used, this holds true!

I just pulled my front cap out. I put a corner out the door first and walked right out with it. The rear cap on mine is a little wider and it may need to be flexed a bit, but it WILL go. 2 people would be easier.

Yeah, everything is out of the trailer. And, I've had my father's help to try and remove the end cap. But, the more I twist it and roll it and try to get it out, the more damage it encures. i don't want to get it out and then have it reinforced so much that it wont go back in.
I think I may have to do the work to it while it is in the trailer.
I even measured the door and the cap, it seems like the cap its much to big to fit through the door. I have followed the directions in the manual for removal, but it just isn't working for me. And, I'd like to replace it with metal, but the cost is too much. So back in it goes.
