91 excellent 29ft needs new couch

I bought a 29 ft excel a a year ago, and the folding couch that cam with it had a hole. We are liveaboards, so the hole has become a giant split in the middle cushion that the foam hangs out of.
What are my options for the couch? We have thought of getting it reupholstered, but it seems like a difficult job for a regular reupholstery. Also, we would prefer not to have to wait around for a week to get the couch back.
Is there a special dealer you have to take the couches to for reupholstery?
Is it possible to trade it in as part of the cost for a new folding couch if so?
Not sure what are options are?

Any reupholstery shop can do the work. When you take it apart, you will see how easy it is. Back comes off, base comes out and, if you have them, the end pieces come out as well.

We have done it twice in 11 years (the first fabric we chose was cheap and it picked up stains really easy).

While it was at the shop, we just moved two lawn chairs in and toughed it out for a week.
