2001 30' Excella Front window shade problem

Last night while raising the window shade on the large front window to our 2001 30' Excella the bottom cords completely came off on both sides.

I photographed what it looks like. (see attached)

You can see I tried to wrap the cord around what was left of the stool, but not only did that not work, but when I raised the shade, it simply dropped back down.

Any help on how to fix this would be greatly appreciated.
