These are a great guide to the provincial parks, forestry sites and logging roads of Canada. It includes a lot of details about recreation as well. Good resource for boondocking, although you may want to scout most roads without the trailer first.
There's Trails Illustrated maps for the more popular recreational and hiking places. I think they were bought by Nat'l Geographic several years back. They started out as a small company in Evergreen, Colorado, more than 20 years ago. They are printed on waterproof paper and they use USGS topo maps and enhance them.
The DeLorme atlases for various states can be useful, though not always easy to follow.
