Midwest Kayaking the Spring River in AR near Many Islands

So our plan is to paddle from Cottonwood Falls to Many Islands south of Mammoth Spring, AR. There doesn't seem to be any campgrounds that accept pets that is close to the river. What to do?

I was wondering how your trip went where you ended up staying and if you had fun and if you have pictures?

Hope you were able to find a place that accepts dogs.
