(vintage) Airstream-friendly RV parks So Cal

Hello Everyone!

I'm currently faced with a huge Airstream quandary. I would like to live in a 1973 Airstream (25 foot) while finishing up my master's at UC Irvine. I'm not particular about the location, as long is it's safe and in an area around LA, Orange County, or even North County San Diego.

The problem I'm having is this: Every single long-term RV park I have contacted (and I have contacted MANY) has an age restriction on what they will allow in their park. Nothing over ten years is what they keep telling me, even after I explain that it's a beautifully restored Airstream. (How can anyone turn away an Airstream?!) Many also have length restrictions: 30 feet or over.

I'm hoping one of you lovely people might know of a long-term (two years kind of long-term) park that doesn't have such restrictions. If you could please let me know, I would greatly appreciate it.

There's a small park in Costa Mesa/Newport Beach? On Pacific Coast Highway just south of the river mouth that has two Airstreams and a variety of older trailers on a long term basis. Just up the street from the Froghouse surf shop, same side of the street.
